Found one and just wondering if anybody knew if it would fit.
Well there were snow-blowers made in 1988 that fit both horizontal and verticle shaft tractors so without a model # or good pics its real hard to say.
Mike.........
need more info...do you have the model number?
Jake,
If it looks like this it will.
If its not the right one, please let me know. Ive been looking everywhere for a blower to fit my 212-6. I believe it is a late 80's model, had a Kawasaki, I think, engine in it. Anyway, Ive converted it to electric (works awesome BTW) and Id really like to have a blower for it. I need the vertical shaft type though, where the pulley is below the motor.
Ironic as it is, Ive found one sitting rusting not 5 miles from my house, with a whole tractor. The guy refused to sell it without the tractor, which was in pieces and getting rusty, instead demanding that I buy the tractor, blower, and deck (assuming I could find all the pieces) for $600+. It sucks because its the exact same model as mine, and I know all the blower pieces are there.
Im in Marion Ohio, 43302, so if anyone in the area or nearby states knows where I can get a blower for a late 80's vertical shaft, please let me know.
Hey Guys, anyone know the model # of the snowthrower pictured in this thread by Refracman? thanks, Irv
The one pictured should work with any Pre-C, C, and Post C that has the disc PTO clutch on the side. You MIGHT need a different belt at worst.
Still looking for a model # of Refracman's snowthower.

thanks
Try 66-42ST01
That might not be exactly what his is, but it's close enough.
