if anyone close enough is interested,i have two kohlers a k301 12 hp and a k341 16hp both have the wrong pans for my C160.the k341 runs but smokes,the k301 came in on a john deere 112 that had been sitting for a long time and i have never tried to start it.it is complete and seems to have compression when turned by hand.i would trade both of these for a k341 with the right pan for my C160.edit:im in west central indiana,crawfordsville area.
