With engine running voltmeter reads 11.5 " " " lights on " 09.0 " " " Tester on bat. 12.5 to 22.0(jumps up and down) I suspect the voltmeter is bad , but can't figure the fluctuation on -*test*-('") meter. Anyone care to jump in?
