Picked this up the other day. Guy was going to just throw it out and his wife told him to list it on CL.

Guy said it was a Wheel Horse plow but wasn't sure. Said he just thought that because his dad bought it for his Wheel horse. I was wondering what it was and size. From other pics I have seen it is a Brinly but I don't kow what size. Am I correct in saying it's a Brinly? Wheel is a little wobbley like a bearing is messed up.

Yep, looks like a Wheel Horse plow for a slot hitch. The other day you asked how to measure a plow and I tried to describe it... I had a few extra minutes with your good pics here, hopefully this will explain better. Nice save too... would've been a true shame it that had been "tossed!"

I looked for that the otherday and didn't see anything. Could be worn down? The back is real dirty. I'll look into it deeper later.

Don't want to sell it yet. Want to get some use out of it.

I picked it up for $50. What's a good price for one of these? I didn't know so I thought $50 sounded good whtractor/scratchhead.gif

That is an average price for a Brinley. If it is a wheel horse plow....could be that "average" would be a little higher.

I got one of mine for $25 and the other two I got for free.

I looked for the stamp again today. Didn't see it anywhere. The guy I got it from said hit dad used it on his 953. Guy still has the 953. I took a look at it when I was there, has the hydrolic lift option for the imps.
