I went to the one this spring and had a great time. horseplay.gif This would be a great place for a meet & greet, its in a park so there is plenty of room. Ken Stephens makes some very cool reproduction Wheel Horse parts (I hope he brings some) whtractor/drool1.gif . Its real close to Stephen's house too, so I hope he can make it this time whtractor/thumbsup.gif

Hey Ken sounds like a road trip to me, and if the featured tractor is WH we better take the big trailer whtractor/hide.gif

Now that's a nice background for a flyer! whtractor/thumbsup.gif Is this an "all breeds" show or more of a Wheel Horse is majority type of thing?

tickster- 07-17-2008
Dustin I have never been to one yet, but to answer your question....yes & yes. whtractor/thumbsup.gif

Who's all going? I will plan on it.

That park is nice...but small..... And from what I remember from spring...there is almost no parking.

Nick- 07-17-2008
No parking doesnt sound good for trucks with trailers hauling in tractors. Did ya notice if they have someplace for truck parking?

Its a bit far off to be sure but sounds like a nice show to look over. whtractor/thumbsup.gif

I am sorry I did not take any pictures from the spring swap meet.

There are a few grassy areas around the parking lot. The "parking lot" that I saw would hold about 10 carefully parked cars. But If your showing or swaping I would assume you can park in the grass with your rig and that might amount to 3 or 4 acres. Any cars "visiting" could park along the road when the lot is full.

I am sure if they have had this before....they have it figured out.

I guess these two guys running it aren't RedSquare members? Would be easier to ask. I will try to call them tomarow for more info.

I strongly doubt it if I can make the Mentone show, but Terre Haute is more of a possibility for me. But, I can't promise anything. I don't think the trunk in the red limo will be too comfortable. sad.gif

Wasn't a thread already started on the Mentone show????

T-Mo- 07-18-2008
Mike,
This was the original thread - in other words, this was the first one started. I will merge the other one with this one to eliminate confusion.

Sorry Terry,

I knew there were several, but did not know which was newest.
