So where is the Mentone Park? And don't tell me on the main drag, you can't miss it, because more often than not, to a local that says loads, but to a first time visitor is says nuttin'.

Dale it truely is on the main drag. when comeing in from the north its on the left right next to the silo's, if you miss the turn then you just left Mentone

I have a built in, innate ability to be on the wrong road, and drive for miles and not find something. That's why I ask for specific directions and addresses.

For instance, whenever I go somewhere new for work, and there are two driveways, odds should be 50/50 on me choosing the right one. In reality, it's more like 80/20 I pick the wrong one.

I never go anywhere when the best I get is, "Right there, you can't miss it."

When coming from the east on rt 25/west main st, Turn left on south oak and you will be in the park. If you yahoo map then go to the hybrid mode you will see what i mean.
I was there for the spring swap although small, I did get a garden haul for one of the GTs and had a good time. Still dont know if I'll make this one.

Steve, Now THAT I can work with!!! Thanks man! Not sure if I can make it or not, the missed time at work is still a consideration. 8 hours of vacation is a poor substitute for a 14 hour day. Plus, the cost of the trip has to be considered. However, if I could peddle something......... guess I better some new ads up!

Oh yeah, since I've got broadband, I find the hybrid feature VERY helpful. Study that a bit, and I can usually find my way in with only a couple of wrong turns. Hard to believe I drive for a living, huh? HEY, I'm paid by the hour, so what's lost? If the idiots in charge ever figure out how much GPS units would save the company in the long run, I'm in trouble! LOL

Dale, since you will be coming by my house anyway.....with my new sprayer....lol You could follow me down there.
Also the sale of that sprayer might justify some missed work time.

Got over a month until this show so maybe I will wash the dirt off the Load Ranger, shoot some paint on it, then get the decals put on and take it over to the show. Maybe that will happen.

If my horses come...they will not come "all dolled up".

That is EXACTLY how I will be able to make it! I have Minnesota in a couple of weeks, hopefully I'll still have some funds left over from that, otherwise, I'm going to have to sell more than the sprayer. That IS a good start though!

One problem I see, I can haul smaller stuff ok, but larger items would negate a trailer, which means added expense, which means I'd have to sell more, which means a bigger trailer, which costs more, which means I'd have to sell more. I'm getting dizzy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am dizzy too Dale.... It would not "negate" a trailer....it would "include" one for hauling!

Ummmmm....does that mean your bringing the sprayer or not?

Look at it this way.....If your dropping off the sprayer at my house....your actually saving on gas from less weight to haul the rest of the way!

Are you coming to Mentone or not? Can we organize a group gathering there or not? lol (this is getting monotonous....not!)
